MRR, revenue over time, revenue by source, and what actually sells.

MRR#

Monthly recurring revenue, summed from active subscriptions on monthly plans of active products.

Read it for what it is: monthly plans only. Yearly and lifetime revenue is real but does not appear here — look at revenue over time for those.

Revenue over time#

Paid orders charted across your selected range. The shape tells you more than the total: a launch spike decaying to a flat line is a very different business from steady organic growth.

Revenue by source#

Paid orders broken down by where they came from, with each source’s count, total, and percentage share.

This is the screen that answers the question every lifetime-deal seller eventually asks: did that marketplace launch actually pay? A source that produced 60% of your orders and 8% of your revenue is telling you something specific.

Subscriptions by plan#

Active subscription counts for your top eight plans. When you sell a single product, the chart drops the repeated product name from every label so the plan names have room to be readable.

Top products#

Your five products by revenue, with subscription counts beside them.

Reading it well#

  • Compare like ranges — this month against last month, not this week against last quarter.
  • Revenue by source is where marketplace decisions get made.
  • MRR is a subset, not the whole business. Do not report it as total revenue.
  • Exporting orders to CSV gets you the underlying rows when you want to do your own analysis.
